Account Creation

Creating an account

  • Select Create an Account
  • Select a league
  • Enter your first and last name
  • Enter your email
  • Create and enter a password
  • Select your phone carrier (optional).
    • Chalkline™ collects this information to minimize costs when sending text reminders and updates.
    • Your information will never be sold or shared.

Selecting account roles

  • Each account type has access to different sections of Chalkline™
      • Coaches
      • Coaches can add teams to their profiles. This will allow them to view their team's unique schedule.
      • Coaches can also request youth umpires to fill their umpire duties.
      • Youth umpires can be requested for any game where the umpire duty is listed as the team(s) associated with your account.
      • To add teams to your profile, see adding teams to profile.
      • Coaches do not require a league password to sign up.
      Parents
      • Parents can add teams to their profiles. This will allow them to view their team's unique schedule.
      • To add teams to your profile, see adding teams to profile.
      • Parents do not require a league password to sign up.
      Umpires
      • Umpires can add and remove games from their schedule. They can view all games in the schedule per season and can also be assigned games by their assignor if necessary.
      • Creating an Umpire account requires a league password. If you are looking to sign up as an umpire but do not know your league password, contact your assignor.
      Youth Umpires
      • Similarly, Youth Umpires can also add and remove games to their own schedule. However, they will only be able to access field duties and cannot sign up for plate slots.
      • Youth Umpires do not require a league password to sign up.
      Board Members
      • Board members can sign up for director on duty shifts and view the director schedule.
      • They can also view the week schedule of games.
      • Board members require a league password to sign up.
